I'm looking at USPS and Pitney Bowes tracking and neither has an estimated delivery date and both say the package is still across the country in California. They said my package is going to be delivered Monday. I contacted customer service again today looking for my BF order. Let's just go ahead and add another level of madness to this season's shipping woes.
